Bev Hall - Founder / Director
Bev Hall is the founder and manager of Bloomin’ Well CIC, where she combines her passion for gardening with her professional background in health and wellbeing. As a qualified nurse, she has extensive experience working in prisons, probation, and mental health services, supporting people through some of life’s toughest challenges. This unique insight enables her to create a safe, nurturing space at Bloomin’ Well, where individuals can grow in confidence, resilience, and community connection through therapeutic gardening.
Paula Neal - Director / Staff
I'm Paula, and im on the board at Bloomin' Well. I have worked with children and young people with additional needs and autism. In my spare time I like to garden, i am also into art and crafts and making things.
Kate Gardner - Director /Staff
Hi, im Kate and im one of the directors here at Bloomin' Well! My weekends are filled with growing lotions and potions (mostly edible...) and keeping my fingers and boots muddy. Growing food and flowers is a real passion of mine and I love that my grandchildren enjoy spending time with me at my allotment. although I think its mostly to eat the strawberries.
Carol Brown - Secretary / Staff
I'm Carol and i'm Bloomin' Wells Secretary. Although retiring a few years ago I keep myself busy every day. I run a support group for Kinship Carer here in Bedfordshire as well as volunteering for Bloomin' Well. During my time working I supported children and young peoples wellbeing as well as neurodivergent invididuals using various therapies which i did for the past 25 years. I love to spend time in my own garden and now spending time helping out in the Bloomin' Well garden which definetly helps with my own mental health and wellbeing.
